About the Public Service Viewpoint Survey
- The survey was designed by the Partnership for Public Service, a nonprofit,
nonpartisan organization that for over two decades has developed solutions to
help our government better serve the public. - They created this survey to ensure federal employees voices are still
heard despite the cancellation of the 2025 Federal Employee Viewpoint
Survey. - All permanent, civilian, career federal employees from executive, legislative and
judicial branch agencies are eligible to participate in the survey.
Why take the survey?
- The voices of federal workers deserve to be heard. It is essential that
government leaders, policymakers and the public hear directly from federal
employees about how they view their jobs, workplaces and leadership. - The Partnership is committed to protecting your identity in the data and sharing
nonpartisan results through their analysis.
