Dear Bargaining Unit Member,
I am pleased to announce that the results of the POPA vote on the proposed new PAP package are in and the
POPA membership has agreed to adopt the new PAP package by a vote of 89% in favor and 11% opposed.
Based on this outcome, I will go ahead and sign the PAP Initatives Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of POPA.
Thank you very much for your continued support of POPA and the very best of luck to you in FY 2011 as you
adapt to the new PAP system and the other initiatives in the package.
